Rachel brings international experiece from the USA, Middle East and here in Aotearoa.


She’s been a senior HR manager, a training and development specialist and coach.


Rachel brings creativity coupled with drive. She relates to everyone in the room and communicates clearly with warmth and patience.


Her focus is learning transfer and behaviour change. Encouraging learners to set their own goals is a key part of her approach. She’s used to working in large and complex organisations, alongside leadership teams and with frontline staff.


Rachel has recently finished a role at the Office of the Controller and Auditor-General. There she developed and implemented learning pathways from onboarding to succession planning.
