You’ll increase your confidence, competence and capability to focus on your personal development as a leader.​

You’ll complete an online Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment before the workshop, and receive a personalised Top 5 report.
You’ll use that report in the workshop.

to genuinely help neurodivergent colleagues thrive.

This online workshop takes a fresh and practical look at neurodivergence at work. What do the latest insights and research tell us?
A great deal. We’ll examine studies that highlight the strengths and creativity different ways of thinking bring into our workplaces.
We’ll also recognise the barriers that stop neurodivergent folks from feeling included, and what we all can do to support each other.
