Who we are

Hilary Bryan founded The Training Practice in 2000 with a simple mission: to fire up your people and freshen up their thinking.
Over the past 25 years The Training Practice has partnered with hundreds of organisations, and thousands of teams and kaimahi.

She’s been a senior manager in central and local government, a communications consultant and a tertiary education lecturer.
