Grow your leadership (Mar 15, 17, 22, 24) four half-day modules

You’re leading people, and their expectations keep growing. This workshop helps you grow to deliver on those expectations – your way.

Objectives

At the end of the programme, you’ll be able to:

1. recognise and overcome unconscious bias
2. lead inclusively
3. plan and hold difficult conversations
4. coach for performance
5. lead yourself and others through change
6. communicate your vision
7. be yourself as a leader.

Grow your leadership will be delivered online via Zoom, and costs $1150 plus GST per participant. The programme will be delivered in four 3.5-hour modules:

• Module One, Wednesday 15 March, 9am-12.30pm
• Module Two, Friday 17 March, 9am-12.30pm
• Module Three, Wednesday 22 March, 9am-12.30pm
• Module Four, Friday 24 March, 9am-12.30pm
