About the Event

Objectives
At the end of the programme, you’ll be able to:
- appreciate diversity and what makes us diverse
- recognise unconscious bias in the context of system one and system two thinking
- recognise common biases and how they show up at work
- identify where unconscious bias may be at play in your decision making
- develop strategies to overcome bias.
This workshop will be delivered online via Zoom, and costs $300 plus GST per person.
