About the Event

If you have a brain, you have bias. Our unconscious (and conscious) biases affect how we show up at work, view others and make decisions. Often our assessments are instant but false. That’s why reflecting on our biases and working to overcome them is critical.

Objectives

At the end of the programme, you’ll be able to:

  1. appreciate diversity and what makes us diverse
  2. recognise unconscious bias in the context of system one and system two thinking
  3. recognise common biases and how they show up at work
  4. identify where unconscious bias may be at play in your decision making
  5. develop strategies to overcome bias.

This workshop will be delivered online via Zoom, and costs $300 plus GST per person.
