About the Event

Invest to improve your wellbeing and resilience. Take on board a variety of approaches that blend together to form a comprehensive package of practical actions you can take.

Objectives

At the end of the workshop, you'll be able to:

  1. take on board the characteristics of people with high resilience levels
  2. adopt positive psychology practices
  3. practise day-to-day resilience and wellbeing activities
  4. work towards grounded hope
  5. connect with nature
  6. link these approaches to Te Whare Tapa Whā.

And you'll take away resources and references you can refer to again and share with colleagues.

This workshop will be delivered online via Zoom, and costs $300 plus GST per person.
