GEMA Motivation Assessment
This assessment goes beyond generalist motivation and engagement theories and approaches. It focuses, in detail, on what motivates individuals.
This is broken down into four distinct areas:
- Role drivers – what do people want in their specific role and what motivates them?
- Manager drivers – what managerial characteristics and behaviours drive individual motivation?
- Team drivers – what aspects of team behaviour drive individual motivation and performance?
- Organisation drivers – what kind of organisation motivates individuals and fits with their values?
This gives detailed feedback for teams and managers to develop tailored motivation strategies for individuals. This then creates the foundation to motivate individuals more, improve their productivity and create an engaged workforce.
Why is this important?
Gaining detailed insight into what motivates individuals is the fuel that fans the flame of performance. Each person’s brain is wired differently, their values are different and what sparks their energy and enthusiasm is different.
