Thinking leadership and strategy? First ask: what’s your context? Then: How can I think and act strategically? We need to recognise what’s happening in our context. What are the complexities? What are the key trends to be aware of? This is a chance to look beyond our screens and think differently.

About the Event
We all know our context - what’s happening in our sector or industry. Or do we? How many perspectives are we taking into account? Is there a difference between the more sanitised official truth and the ground truth - what’s going on in reality?
It’s sometimes easier and more comforting to keep our blinkers on and not look above the computer screen.
But when you do, what strategic thinking are we doing? Are we looking for certainty or scenarios; plans or opportunities; consistency or change.
Is strategy a one-off process every three years or an ongoing process? So, many questions here and we’ll have do our best to answer them.
