This half-day workshop is for anyone who wants to overcome the barriers to diversity and inclusion at work. You'll look at how the brain works, some common biases, what diversity means, and who you trust.

After the workshop you will understand:

· common biases and why they exist

· what diversity you bring to work

· what excludes people

· what action you can take to embrace diversity and increase inclusion.

The workshop is delivered via Zoom to people from anywhere. The cost is NZ$325+GST
