About the Event
Our workplaces now span five generations. While the generational divide has always existed, in 2020, this seems to be larger and more front-of-mind than ever.
There seems to be an endless stream of media articles blasting 'entitled millennials' or 'out-of-touch-Boomers.' While Covid has shift the narrative, there is still too much generational fingerpointing. Every generation has an opinion on what's 'wrong' with the others. Our own Chloe Swarbrick received worldwide attention for her "OK, Boomer" retort in parliament last year. So what do we do?
Come along to hear Kristen, our resident snowflake millennial give you her thoughts on navigating the intergenerational workplace and leading through generational sticking points.
NB: This session is based off our last live Tea & Toast event in March: OK, Boomer.
