iGeneration, Generation Z, Zoomers - Whatever you call this generation, they're now in the workplace and their influence is undeniable. They've grown up in a world fundamentally different than any other generation. This has of course affected their expectations and preferences of work.

Join our Millennial, Kristen, as she attempts to make sense of the generation behind her. She'll dive into new generational research - specifically their views of work and expectations of workplaces/employers. 

We'll celebrate the influence they've already made on the workplaces and as always, look for ways to move from generational diversity into generational inclusion.
