About the Event

Yes. We keep talking about resilience. The pace, pressure, and constant demand for output mean that our emotional regulation is no longer optional. We believe resilience is the capability that determines who can keep going without burning out.

In this session, we’ll explore what resilience really means in today’s environment and why it has shifted from “bouncing back” to something far more dynamic. Participants will 

  • learn how emotional regulation, recovery, and mindset directly impact performance, decision-making, and energy, and 

  • connect the dots between how people feel and how they perform, and why ignoring that link comes at a cost.


We’ll discuss what resilient individuals consistently demonstrate in their work:
