This programme is about exploring the recent changes impacting us at work and considering what it means to lead into the future. 

Can we predict that future? No.

But can we develop foresight to help us navigate it?  Definitely.

Will the pace of change slow down?  No. (and it'll probably increase).

Will leading change still be a challenge?  Absolutely.
