Kickstart to Leadership (September 18, 20, 25, 27), 4 half-day modules

Kickstart is an interactive and highly practical leadership development programme for those who are beginning to lead others. The September 2023 programme runs on 18, 20, 25, and 27 September (details below). You’ll increase your confidence, competence and capability to focus on your personal development as a leader.

Objectives

At the end of the programme, you’ll be able to:

1. understand and deliver what people need from leaders

2. develop your leadership brand by looking at

   · your values

   · your communication style

   · your Top 5 CliftonStrengths

3. shift from delivering work yourself, to achieving results through others

4. experiment with different leadership styles

5. engage and motivate people

6. delegate effectively

7. overcome imposter syndrome.

Kickstart to Leadership Online will be delivered via Zoom, and costs $1150 plus GST per participant. This includes the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment. The programme will be delivered in four 3.5-hour modules:

• Module One, Monday 18 September, 9am-12.30pm
• Module Two, Wednesday 20 September, 9am-12.30pm
• Module Three, Monday 25 September, 9am-12.30pm
• Module Four, Wednesday 27 September, 9am-12.30pm
