Kickstart to Leadership (August 6, 8, 13, 15), 4 half-day modules

Kickstart is an interactive and highly practical leadership development programme for those who are beginning to lead others. The August 2024 programme runs on 6, 8, 13 and 15 August (details below). You’ll increase your confidence, competence and capability to focus on your personal development as a leader.

Objectives

At the end of the programme, you’ll be able to:

1. understand and deliver what people need from leaders

2. develop your leadership brand by looking at

· your values

· your communication style

· your Top 5 CliftonStrengths

3. shift from delivering work yourself, to achieving results through others

4. experiment with different leadership styles

5. engage and motivate people

6. delegate effectively

7. overcome imposter syndrome.

Kickstart to Leadership Online will be delivered via Zoom, and costs $1150 plus GST per participant. This includes the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment. The programme will be delivered in four 3.5-hour modules:

• Module One, Tuesday 6 August, 9am-12.30pm
• Module Two, Thursday 8 August, 9am-12.30pm
• Module Three, Tuesday 13 August, 9am-12.30pm
• Module Four, Thursday 15 August 9am-12.30pm
