KickStart to Leadership is an interactive and highly practical leadership development programme for those who lead others. You’ll increase your confidence, competence and capability to focus on your personal development goals.
This programme is for anyone who wants to kickstart their leadership. You may be recently appointed to a leadership role, or aspiring to an appointment. This programme allows you to experiment with the type of leader you want to be, and try out some of the various responsibilities.
