Objectives

At the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:

1. understand the CliftonStrengths model
2. describe your Top 5 talents
3. recognise how your talents show up at work
4. identify areas for development
5. develop strategies for weaknesses.

Aimed at: Anyone who wants to increase their self-awareness and be more impactful. 

You’ll complete an online assessment before the workshop, and receive a personalised Top 5 report. You’ll use that report in the workshop.
