New 34 strengths report: clear, detailed and on the money

January 7, 2019

Sometimes so-called improvements are anything but. More features just equal more clutter. But that's not the case with the new and improved CliftonStrengths 34 results report.

It's visually clearer – that unique “talent DNA” strand is great. You now get a far clearer breakdown of all your strengths in the four domains: executing, influencing, relationship building, strategic thinking. And a helpful visual grid towards the end of the report shows just how strong each domain is.

And it's more detailed: your top five strengths are broken down into five sections that really get to the heart of your strengths.

1. How you can thrive

2. Why the particular strength is unique

3. Why you succeed using the particular strength

4. Take action to maximise your potential

5. Watch out for blind spots (really valuable)

And your 6-10 strengths cover all the above except “Why the particular strength is unique”.

As an example, my top strength is Activator. That means I make things happen. But blind spots (well worth the reminder) are sometimes charging ahead without a solid plan, and pressuring people to act before they’re entirely comfortable.

Now, when we say “on the money”, we don't just mean it's exact and precise. We also mean it's great value - it's on sale at the moment. So, if you haven’t already taken the CliftonStrengths assessment now’s a great time. And if you’ve already done it log on and download the new report.
