About the Event

Why this programme?

The world is changing. Life is changing. Work is changing. And therefore, we must adapt our leadership styles and approaches.

This online programme will address where expectations of leaders and leadership has changed over the past decade or so.  We’ll be discussing core topics that leaders bring up in our workshops: leading remote and hybrid teams, new technologies, recognising diversity and building inclusion, understanding our brains and bias, intergenerational teams and empathetic performance management.

This programme is tailored towards experienced leaders: people leaders, thought leaders, project leaders.

What to expect if you join

Each online workshop will include a mix of interactive presentations, group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises to engage you and facilitate your learning and skill development.

Also, you’ll have the opportunity to apply their learnings through real-world scenarios and receive feedback from facilitators and peers. After the workshop you’ll get follow up resources and thinking.
