Dinah has worked in public sector organisations and private businesses, including running her own communications consultancy.   


Dinah has a wealth of leadership and management experience. As a Communications Manager, she's managed permanent and project teams, supported organisational change, and developed and implemented strategy to increase engagement. 


Dinah’s approach puts people at the centre.  Whether she is engaged for consulting, learning, or coaching, Dinah prioritises building relationships with the people she is working with.   Questioning and listening are key to her success as a consultant and as coach. Warmth and humour are hallmarks of her style. Her analytical mind means she can break down concepts and make connections that help people recognise new futures. 


Dinah is a lifelong student with a particular interest in how dress practice affects identity. She has a PhD (Fashion Studies) and an MA (English Literature).

My top five strengths are mostly in the Strategic Thinking domain. People strong in this domain want to know ‘why?’. They look for data and evidence, and make decisions based on their analysis. 


My strengths show up in my approach to work. I enjoy increasing my areas of knowledge, delving into subjects, making connections, and gathering resources. These strengths help me build trust with others; they can see and hear that I have done my homework. My strength in individualisation, from the Relationship Building domain, helps me connect to people. I can make ideas and concepts accessible to people by tuning in to their needs.
