The Bridge - From Manager to Leader
Who should attend?
The programme is for people who are on the bridge, or about to cross the bridge, from manager to leader. They may feel like the meat in the sandwich. They have to lead, but can't move away completely from their management responsibilities.
Are there any pre-requisites?
Participants need to be managing others.
Why is this important?
What competencies will they develop?
It's so important to make that important change from manager to leader successfully. Successful leaders have a different focus from day-to-day managers. Getting this transition right is a great career boost for the individual and a critical success factor for their organisations.
The Bridge will develop leaders to:
