No Limits Leadership - Senior Leadership Programme

This course is for people in senior leadership roles who want to challenge and stretch themselves to move beyond their current capabilities and tap into their full leadership potential.

They will open themselves to new possibilities - new ways of thinking, new ways of behaving.

Are there any pre-requisites?

Participants will be in a senior role where they lead managers and leaders.

The programme has four parts and then an on-going component:

1.  Programme preparation

  • Selected readings
  • Bar on EQi emotional intelligence assessment
  • Strengths-based leadership assessment
  • 360 degree feedback exercise

2.  Workshops and action learning

  • Workshop one: two days
  • Action learning workshop: one day
  • Workshop two: two days
  • Action learning workshop two: one day

3.  Coaching throughout the programme

4.  Working with buddy groups to experience each others' leadership style and workplaces

5.  On-going individual plan for continuous leadership development
