The link between emotional intelligence and overall effectiveness and specifically with
leadership has long been established.  The starting point for developing your EQ is self-
awareness.  Then empathy with others and relationship building follows.  Emotional
intelligence is a fascinating, mind-opening and behaviour-changing area to explore.
