Team Assessment and Development
No team starts from the same place and all teams have different measures of success. We work with managers and whole organisations to develop approaches to team development that meet specific teams’ needs.
Specific tools work well, such as the TMS, Team Management Profile, DiSC or emotional and social intelligence assessments. Additionally approaches including Lencioni’s five dsyfunctions of a team; Winter’s Think One Team framework; and an energy/communications approach are all valuable approaches we bring to our consulting approach.
