Culture Change

Setting strategic direction, defining values and ethical behaviour, and then role modelling the culture change you want to create are all part of the challenge of culture change.  We use a variety of models to define your present culture and the one you want to create.

Our process can take a traditional approach, defining mission, vision and values, or follow an appreciative inquiry model.  The latter approach involves four stages:

1. discover: what works well here?
2. dream: what could the future look like?
3. design: what processes and ways of working can we plan that match our dream?
4. destiny: how can we implement what we've designed?
