Facilitating Training
Facilitating successful training is about planning, process, content and evaluation. This is crucial for L and D specialists and staff who are called upon to facilitate as Subject Matter Experts. Our approach is based on sound theory translated into practical skills and actions.
To produce measurable business results from training facilitators need to plan the training to suit different learning styles as well as develop training objectives and utilise coaching, on-the-job learning and self-directed learning. A good facilitator needs to know how to create a positive learning environment, develop a wide range of learning activities and approaches and follow an evaluation process, for example, Kirkpatrick’s four stage approach and Success Case Method.
We work with a variety of people ranging from L and D/HR practitioners to managers and Subject Matter Experts, whether they are new to facilitation or have previous experience.
