Emotional and Social Intelligence Profile - 360 degree feedback
This detailed assessment gives you feedback in four overall areas:
- Self Insight – how well you understand yourself and are emotionally self-aware
- Self Mastery – how effective you are at managing yourself, including stress, resilience, creativity, risks and how well you continuously learn
- Social Insight – how well you read organizational power structures and politics are are interpersonally savvy
- Social Mastery – how well you manage your social presence, lead teams and groups, and manage relationships.
Each area is then broken down into more detailed elements. The 360 degree feedback element of the ESI ensures individuals have a detailed understanding of how their self-perception coincides with, or differs from, that of their colleagues and manager.
