Team Management Profile (TMI)
What is it?
It's a globally-recognised, psychologically-valid and reliable psychometric tool.
It gives you a simple, but powerful framework for understanding:
- your approach to your job
- your team
- work preferences
- how you manage and work with others.
Participants answer a 60-item assessment/profile and receive a comprehensive personal profile. Participants also receive a colour workbook which has information about the tool that they can take away for future reference. This is presented using straightforward language and visuals.
